Global Solutions, LLC (GS) is a Civil Engineering firm founded by Mr. Vinay K. Polepalli in 2003. Global Solutions is a 100% minority-owned business enterprise. Global Solutions is a certified 8(a)/SDB, DBE and MBE firm.

Global Solutions is pre-qualified by Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in Rural and Urban Highways and Traffic Engineering areas. GS is also prequalified by Metro Louisville and MSD. GS is one of the very few firms in the state of Kentucky that is pre-qualified and certified as a DBE firm to provide Traffic Engineering Services by KYTC.

GS is also pre-qualified by MSD and as well as certified by MSD as a Minority Business.

Mr. Vinay K. Polepalli is currently the sole principal of the company. He is a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the states of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. He is also a certified project manager (PMP) by project management institute. He graduated with a Masters in Civil Engineering (MS) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He is operating GS on a full-time basis as the President of the company. It is the intention of GS to grow and bring in enterprising individuals to take part in the company’s growth.

Global Solutions, LLC is in the niche market of providing services as a 8(a)/SDB, DBE and MBE sub-consultant firm to prime consultants in the Civil Engineering area. GS currently provides services to various architectural, structural, civil and Highway engineering firms and as well as developers. GS is also pursuing work in civil engineering areas from various government agencies such as Federal, State, County and City.
