SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work includes in developing construction plans, specifications and bid proposal documents to improve access to building #172 as per VA standards. Also part of the contract is to develop plans to modify the entrance doors to accommodate wider wheel chairs and design glass enclosure inside the building to trap heated air during winter.
